It is one of the most-cloned rose-oud references, but the honest caveat is that most 'Oud Ispahan dupe' listings from oil houses (Oilperfumery, Atlantus, The Cologne Factory, Fragrance World) template the Dior name as an SEO placeholder rather than sell a distinctly-named, community-vetted product, and several widely-listed 'alternatives' (Tom Ford Oud Fleur, Jo Malone Velvet Rose & Oud, Robert Piguet Oud Divin) are pricey niche scents in the same genre, not budget clones. The three below are the ones repeatedly tied to Oud Ispahan by name across independent community sources. The most-cited genuine budget clone is Franck Olivier Oud Touch, called 'true to the Dior scent' but softened with a little vanilla and much weaker longevity than the original. Lattafa Rouat Al Oud is the frequent Arab-house pick — clearly in the Oud Ispahan lane with strong performance, but noticeably more rose-forward and fruity (saffron/raspberry), so a close cousin rather than a 1:1. Alexandria Fragrances Oriental Leather is explicitly built as an 'inspired by Oud Ispahan' interpretation with excellent projection, but reviewers split on how close it lands, some finding its oud less prominent than the Dior.
