These terms govern your use of SniffALike at sniffalike.com(“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. SniffALike is a small independent project offered as-is.
What the app does
SniffALike helps you find community-vetted clones and dupes for designer and niche fragrances. Reports are generated with automated research and reflect general community consensus, not paid placement. They are provided for informational purposes only.
Accounts
You sign in with a magic link or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that is how sign-in works. Do not use the app to break the law or to abuse the service (for example, automated scraping or attempts to overload it).
No warranty
Fragrance recommendations, clone matches, retailer links, and prices are best-effort and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. We make no guarantee about accuracy or availability, and the app may change or be unavailable at any time. Always confirm details with the retailer before purchasing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SniffALike is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its recommendations. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
